Creator Agreement

1. Becoming Talent

This agreement applies when you list time slots as Talent on MindBids. It is in addition to the Terms of Service. You accept it, per version, before you can list, and again whenever we publish a new version.

2. Commission

MindBids deducts a commission from the gross amount a buyer pays, and pays you the remainder. Your current commission rate is shown to you during onboarding and on your payout settings. The rate applied to any given booking is the rate in force when that booking is charged, and is snapshotted so later rate changes never rewrite past payouts.

3. Payouts and the hold period

Funds for a completed session are not paid out immediately. We hold them for a set period — currently 14 days after the session — before releasing them to your connected payout account. The hold gives buyers a window to raise a dispute and lets chargebacks surface before money leaves the platform.

4. Disputes, chargebacks, and clawback

If a buyer disputes a session or their bank issues a chargeback, we hold the related payout until the matter is resolved. If a chargeback lands after we have already paid you and it cannot be reversed at the source, the amount becomes a balance owed that we recover by netting it against your next payouts. You agree to this clawback.

5. Your obligations

You agree to attend the sessions you accept, to deliver them in good faith, and to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Repeated no-shows or violations may end your ability to list.

6. Verification and tax

You may be asked to complete identity verification before payouts are enabled. (Tax-form collection and reporting — for example W-9 / 1099-K — are not yet part of the platform and will be added before payouts scale; counsel to complete.)

7. Changes

We publish a new dated version when this agreement changes and ask you to accept it before you next list.
