Acceptable Use Policy

Placeholder copy — not legal advice. The prohibited-conduct list mirrors the report reasons enforced in the product (Module 09). Keep the two in step.

Effective version: 2026-07-10

The rule

MindBids is a marketplace for genuine one-to-one time. Use it in good faith. The conduct below is prohibited and may lead to a report, suspension, or termination, and where appropriate a referral to law enforcement.

Prohibited conduct

These categories match the reasons a member can report another member or a session:

  • No-show — booking or accepting a session and failing to attend without notice.
  • Abuse — harassment, threats, hate, or abusive behaviour toward any member.
  • Fraud — payment fraud, impersonation, or any attempt to obtain money or access

by deception.

  • Inappropriate content — sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content in

a profile, bid message, or session.

  • Spam — unsolicited promotion, mass messaging, or manipulation of the auction.
  • Other — anything else that a reasonable person would consider harmful or

unlawful, at our discretion.

Reporting

Every member can report a profile, a bid, a session, or a review from the product. Reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team. Serious or automated signals may result in immediate action pending review.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate an account for a violation. Where money is involved, our Refunds & Cancellations Policy and dispute process govern the financial outcome.

Changes

We publish a new dated version when this policy changes.
